            My Favorite Design can maximize the potential value in any home by offering a full range of services in real estate staging.  Whether it is coordinating a remodeling project of great proportions to update and increase the home’s value, or assisting in the selection of simple touches that can make any buyer feel at home when he enters the front door, we can make quick and profitable sales possible in any real estate market. 

Custom Home Design :

            When building a home, it is imperative that all parties speak the same language.  With My Favorite Design as your designated eyes and ears, you will ensure the builder, architect, and supervisor work collaboratively to build your home the way you envision it.  We can help with the coordinating of efforts on site and the selection of architectural details, flooring, fixtures, and appliances off site.  We have the expertise to guide you through the building process and assist in the selection of the myriad of details that will make your home something special.
